At OneLife Personal Coaching, I see you as a person not a problem.
As a Certified Coach and Licensed Addiction Counselor, I will work with you to create a customized program to suit your needs.
Over the years, I have worked with countless individuals and families affected by addiction. Many of whom were stuck in the vicious cycle of recovery and relapse. Searching for answers and frustrated with the traditional treatment approaches, I found Positive Psychology, otherwise known as the science of well-being. As a graduate student in this field of study, I adopted the philosophy of building on client strengths rather than focusing on weakness. This evidence-based approach to positive change is now the foundation of my work. My approach combines several evidence-based and proven effective methods for positive, sustainable change. All programs are tailored to your specific needs.
The desire to achieve success in life is universal. The methods I use can be applied to any positive change you want to make.
As a member in good standing with NAADAC (The Association for Addiction Professionals), I strictly adhere to the ethical standards set by our industry.
Committed to continuing education, I am constantly seeking to learn the most current and effective methods for behavioral change. I am passionate about my work and look forward to helping you create the life of your dreams.
My ideal client is a person who is ready and willing to create meaningful and lasting change. I am invested in learning the most current and effective methods to help you identify patterns of behavior and clear emotional barriers.
Applying the principles of positive psychology, mindfulness relaxation, and SMART goal framework, I will empower you to:
Let go of unwanted beliefs and habits
Pursue career and educational goals
Achieve optimal health and wellness
Let go of anxiety, fears, and phobias
Create a happy and fulfilling life.
